Izerskie Peat Bog Natural Reserve (in Polish: Rezerwat Przyrody "Torfowisko Izerskie") is a strict natural reserve created in 1969 over an area of 44.74 ha. The existing series of transitional moors and soligenous mires (of the hanging type) were formed as a result of plentiful rainfall and water stagnation. It is also one of the richest sites of dwarf birch (Betula nana) and is abundant in species of Sphagnopsida.
