Tanvald

Tanwald is a town on the Czech side of the Izerskie Mts., one of the largest winter sports centres. Most famous is the scenic tower (in Czech: rozhledna) atop Mt.Tanvaldský Špičák (831 m a.s.l.) dating from 1909, added to which one year later was a small shelter for tourists with a restaurant. Its current appearance dates from 1930.
