Chojnik Castle

Chojnik castle was raised in the 14th century, in the days of Bolko II, and passed after his death to the Schaffgotsch family. Following a fire in 1675, the castle was left in ruins. In 1822 a hostel was established, which operates to this day. There is a pillory in the courtyard and a tower with a view of the Karkonosze. Open daily, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., in summer until 6 p.m. Tickets: PLN 3-5. Distance: 32 km.
